Fabulous fun ride with our knowledgeable, safety conscious and entertaining guide Michael. He took us to Government House, Chinatown, the Castle and through interesting Neighborhoods. We ended our tour at the waterfront. Overall the bike ride was a great workout and we learned so much about beautiful and charming Victoria. Highly recommend !!

Great experience. Rented e-bikes. Junior was very helpful in showing us how to use the technology and making sure the seat levels were high enough. Had a great time riding the Galloping Goose and Lochside trails. Had an unfortunate flat tire, but they came to where we were and exchanged the bike with flat tire for a new one. We were able to continue. One of the staff told us about a beautiful site we had never heard of in the typical tourist info.

We did not do a tour but instead decided to rent bikes and follow our own route. A staff member helped us decide our route on a map they provided, going through Chinatown and coming down and returning along the water. Victoria has many bike lanes, making it easy to navigate the city. Staff were very helpful in general, adjusting the bikes to our needs. I would strongly recommend this shop whether you are interested in a tour or just renting bikes to enjoy on your own.

Had a great time! Our fishing charter cancelled on us so we were looking for something else to do. We didn’t all originally agree on a bike tour but in the end everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, some even said it was their favorite thing we did. Great guides that had some really interesting information & kept our kids on their toes. All around a very friendly and helpful shop, not many places are like this anymore!

We had this wonderful guide, Ian. He was funny, informative and knowledgeable. Don't worry if you aren't a super cyclist - the pace is slow and easy with lots of stops. The tour was about 2 hours and was not too strenuous - just fun. I went with my partner and two other couples, all of us new to the city. It's a great way to see the highlights, get a bit of exercise and learn some history. A MUST do.

Rick our guide was excellent. Safety was a priority. He is very knowledgeable about the area and history and took us to most of the important landmarks and sites in the time allotted. The bikes were in excellent condition and they worked with us at the beginning to make sure the height and seat positions were at maximum comfort for us. We got to see more then just the downtown area, more cultural and artsy areas we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. If you love biking then this tour is for you. We try and choose bike tours wherever we go. Thanks Rick! Excellent job!
