There is inexpensive all-day parking near our shop on the corner of Quebec St. and Montreal St. There is also free street parking directly in front of our shop, but limited to one or two hours.

We are at 321 Belleville St. in Victoria’s Inner Harbour. Across the street from the FRS Clipper ferry terminal – in the courtyard of The Huntingdon Hotel and Suites and the Pendray Inn Tea House – only a 10-15 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal and downtown Victoria.

Yes, we do tours in and around the beautiful city of Victoria. Our tours include city, coastal, and culinary tasting tours, including beer tastings at some of Victoria’s top-rated micro-breweries. We also do custom private tours.

Our city tours are approximately 10-12 kilometers or 6-7 miles and take from 2 to 4 hours depending on the tour. We also offer custom-length tours!

You can book directly on our website or you can call us at 778.265.7433. For small groups (4 to 6 people), it’s best to schedule these at least a few days in advance. However, don’t hesitate to call us last minute to check availability. For large groups, one week or more is recommended, although we are flexible and can often pull tours together on short notice.

Children are welcome if they can keep up with the adults. Experience tells us that if they are not riding adult-sized bikes they cannot keep up. Our age guideline is generally 12 years old. For families with younger children, consider doing a Family Fun private tour where the tour is designed specially for your children’s interests and abilities.

We ride at a very comfortable pace so no one gets left behind. That said you should be comfortable with a moderate amount of exercise.

We rent “flat foot” city cruisers; multi-speed hybrids (bikes designed for city and trail riding); electric-assist/e-bikes; trekking bikes; tandems; and children’s bikes and equipment including trail-a-bikes, bike seats and trailers. The trailers have a 2-child capacity, or 55-pound limit, whichever happens first. Note : Child Accessories and attachments are not compatible with E-Bikes. Trailers are only used with our Cruisers or Hybrid Bikes.

Yes, and all rentals include a helmet, lock and a handlebar bag. We have baskets and panniers too. If you need where-to-ride information we can provide you with maps and recommendations. For model and pricing information please see our rental page. Reservations are recommended to ensure that the equipment is reserved, please be sure to add the heights of the riders in the notes section of the rental form.

Yes, to ensure that your rental or tour is safe, riders must weigh under 280 pounds, as per the engineered maximum weights. If you have any questions, please let us know.

If you are on your own, you need to be 19 years of age or older. If you’re not 19 years or older, a parent or guardian needs to sign the waiver. Note that to rent an e-bike in BC a person must be 16 years or older.

We do our tours rain or shine. We do have rain ponchos and gloves available.

Cancellation policies differ between rentals and tours and they are described for the specific item you are booking on the INFO tab of that item. In general, all tour reservations are fully refunded if cancelled 24 hours prior to tour departure. Full refunds are also available due to bad weather, but only if notice is given at least 1.5 hours prior to the tour. If a tour is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, for reasons other than bad weather, the cancellation fee will be $50. After a tour has begun, no refunds are available.

If you need to fix a flat, get a safety check, or tune-up your ride then please feel free to swing by the shop on Saturday or Sunday. But, for larger and more in-depth overhauls there are plenty of great bike shops in Victoria who can help you out with that. Our recommended shops include North Park Bicycle Shop and Fairfield Bicycle Shop, these are located near downtown.
