Where are you located?
We are at 321 Belleville St. in Victoria’s Inner Harbour. We’re across the street from the Clipper and Coho ferry terminals in the courtyard of The Huntingdon Manor hotel and Pendray Inn and Tea House, and only a 10-15 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal.
Where can I park my car?
There is inexpensive all-day parking near our shop on the corner of Quebec St. and Montreal St. There is also free street parking directly in front of our shop, but on Monday to Friday it is limited to one or two hours.
Do you have guided bicycle tours?
Yes, we do tours in and around the beautiful city of Victoria. Our tours include city, coastal, and culinary tasting tours, including beer tastings at some of Victoria’s top-rated micro-breweries. We also do custom private tours.
How long are the tours?
Our city tours are approximately 10-12 kilometres or 6-7 miles and take from 2 to 4 hours depending on the tour. We also offer custom length tours.
How do I schedule a tour?
You can book directly on our website or you can call us at 778.265.7433. For small groups (4 to 6 people), it’s best to schedule these at least a few days in advance. However, don’t hesitate to call us last minute to check availability. For large groups, one week or more is recommended, although we are flexible and can often pull tours together on short notice.
Can I bring my own bike on a tour?
Yes, and you’ll get a $10 discount.
Can I bring my children on a guided tour?
Children are welcome if they can keep up with the adults. Experience tells us that if they are not riding adult-sized bikes they cannot keep up. Our age guideline is generally 12 years old. For families with younger children, consider doing a Family Fun private tour where the tour is designed specially for your children’s interests and abilities.
